Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your MindBall subscription at any time through the original purchase channel. • App Store subscription: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings. • Google Play subscription: Cancel through your Google Play Store account settings. • Web subscription: Cancel through the web billing/account support flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the cancellation date.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Free Trial: If you cancel within the 48-hour free trial period, no charges will be collected. 2.2 Unused Time: No partial refund is issued for unused time on cancelled subscriptions. The service remains active until the end of the billing period. 2.3 Duplicate Payment: If multiple payments are made for the same period due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 10 business days. 2.4 Service Unavailable: If the service cannot be used at all due to technical failure, you may request a full refund by contacting support@themindball.com.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests should be sent to support@themindball.com. Requests are evaluated within 5 business days. Refund handling follows the original purchase channel's policy. Where a refund is approved for a duplicate charge or service failure, it is processed back through the original payment channel.

4. Legal Rights

Pursuant to Article 53/ı of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services performed instantly in electronic environment. However, at MindBall we prioritize customer satisfaction. Refund requests made with reasonable justification will be evaluated.
